1. Service Description
We provide a digital Vedic Kundli (horoscope) report based on the birth details you submit. The report includes interpretive content on planets, houses, dashas, KP system, doshas, Guna Milan, and personalized remedies.
2. Accuracy of Birth Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, time, place, and other details provided. Incorrect birth time affects Lagna and all dependent calculations. We cannot refund or regenerate kundlis based on user-provided incorrect information.
3. Astrological Disclaimer
Vedic astrology is an ancient interpretive science, not a guaranteed predictive tool. Our reports provide insights based on traditional Vedic principles and AI-assisted interpretation. 4. Payment & Pricing
- Current price: ₹899 per kundli (subject to change)
- Payments processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Coupons and promotional codes are non-transferable and have expiry dates
- All prices include applicable taxes
5. Delivery
- Kundli PDF is delivered via email within 24 hours of payment
- An instant confirmation email is sent immediately
- Delivery may be delayed during high traffic or technical maintenance
- If you do not receive your kundli within 48 hours, contact support@astrosaras.com

7. Intellectual Property
The Kundli PDF and all generated content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or distribute the content commercially without written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use coupons fraudulently or against their intended purpose
- Attempt to bypass payment, access admin areas, or hack the service
- Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Resell our service or generated reports without authorization
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or in response to security threats without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saras Vedaa, its owners, and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific kundli order in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
