You have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored with Saras Vedaa at any time. This includes your birth details, kundli reports, order information, and any other personal data we hold.

How to Request

To request deletion of your Kundli details, order information, or personal data, email us at support@astrosaras.com with your registered email or order ID.

Include in Your Email

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Registered email used for the kundli submission
• Order ID or Payment ID (if known)
• Reason (optional but helpful for our records)

What Gets Deleted

• Your birth details (name, DOB, time, place, lat/lon)
• Contact information (email, phone)
• Generated Kundli PDF and all intermediate files
• Order and payment metadata (transaction logs retained per legal/tax obligations)
• Any cached AI-generated content tied to your submission

Timeline

• Confirmation: Within 48 hours of your request
• Complete deletion: Within 30 days
• Retention exceptions: Transaction/tax records may be retained up to 7 years as required by Indian law

Verification

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity (typically by replying from the same email registered with the kundli order). This protects your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

After Deletion

Once deleted, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you need a future kundli, you will need to submit fresh details.
